At The Spirits Room, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and undamaged items. Please note that due to safety regulations, certain perishable or personalized goods may be ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals remain intact, and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
